Notes
1) The order is only for one piece of wedding dress. It won't come along with any accessories such as hat,gloves,veil,petticoats,necklace,earings and so on.
2) We will charge extra fee for plus size orders. The buyer confirms the order details carefully such as size,color and styles.
3) There may be a slight color difference between the photo and the finished dress. But this is not an error. Because the fabric factory canot make the fabric color 100% same every time.
4) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyer has the responsibility to pay the fee. We are in China and we canot be sure which country will charge tax or which counry not. Please check with the custom office to determine what these additional cost will be.
Return and Refunds Policy
1) All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged 25% of the item price. Because we will cut the order the next day after you order the dress. If you cancell the order.after 24 hours, that means the cuted fabric becomes nothing. Thanks for your understanding.
2) All the dresses can be made as 90%-95% similar as the picuture. It depends on styles. If you want 100% same as the picture , please dont make payment. The dresses you buy from us can be sold more than us$1000 in your local city wedding shop. Our price is very cheap because we are the wedding dress factory and we canot accept the 100% same style problems after you got the orders.
3) We will check all of our products to be sure all is same as the order details. All orders will be measured strictly. We will take pictures as our evidence of all orders in order to deal with some buyer who is not very kind. Finally, we send the order to the buyer.
4) If the buyer has any problems about the dress, please contact us freely. We will solve the problems always.
5) We accept to give customer full refunds or remake new dresses if the item has one of the following problems:
a) Items are made in wrong color.
b) Fabric is not the same fabric as the customer order details.
c) Style is made in a very low similarity.
d) Quality is very poor and not same as we described in our workmanship details and product details.
6) We dont accept to give any refunds as the following reasons:
a) We dont accept returns on any custom made gowns unless the size, color is wrong or quality is not same as our product details.
b) We do have 100% moeny back guarantee or remake a new dress or change other dresses if our dresses have quality problems or color problems or size problems. The buyer must send back the dress to china and pay the shipping fee. After we get the dress, we will give the buyer's full refunds. Items must be in the shipped condition, unworn, unaltered,and have all packing.
c) We send dresses in time but the shipping company delayed the sending time so the bride canot wear dresses on the wedding day. We canot control the shipping company working time at all. So wholesalers order the dresses 2 months earlier than the bride's wedding day please.
d) When the customer get dresses and said the fabric, color not the one i imaged. All must be based on our product details. If you are a very picky buyer, dont buy orders from us please.
